Spell Therapeutics is a Duke University startup developing next-generation enzyme replacement therapies for lysosomal storage diseases. Our proprietary IGF2-based platform delivers 5–10× higher enzyme uptake to hard-to-treat tissues at 80–90% lower manufacturing cost.
